The Founding Partners
Fulcrum Law Firm was founded by two attorneys who bring complementary strengths: sophisticated corporate and corporate finance transactional experience honed at several leading law firms, and decades of tax and business practice.
Michael Schlinkert
Many years of corporate and corporate finance transactional experience across several leading law firms, plus service at a U.S. federal agency negotiating international transactions and tax agreements. Michael has also been an entrepreneur and acquirer in multiple business transactions of his own, giving him firsthand insight into the concerns of entrepreneurs and individuals navigating personally meaningful deals.
